Take the Belt Pkwy to exit 17S - Crossbay Blvd. through Howard Beach continue over 2 bridges second bridge (Cross Bay, toll) follow signs for Shore Front Pkwy. Make a left onto Shore Front Parkway to B. 73rd. Make left on B. 73rd The Sales Center is located on the corner of Beach 73rd & Shore Front Parkway
