On Wednesday, November 12th, the Long Island Builder’s Institute held its
5th annual “LIBI” awards, the Oscars of the homebuilding industry on Long Island. This award program recognizes excellence in the field of new home construction, architectural design, interior merchandising, sales & marketing. The judging is based on a point system by a team of industry experts from outside the region.

Shadowing the past, the Beechwood Organization was presented with an incredible 14 “LIBI’s”. Among the winning entries; the Charlestown from Country Pointe at Kings Park, the Stanford from Country Pointe at Dix Hills and the Santa Anita from Country Pointe at Lake Grove.
