Michael Dubb Honored by American
Jewish Committee
Garden City, New York. Michael Dubb, Principal
of The Beechwood Organization, Long Island’s largest residential
real estate development company, was honored this year by the American
Jewish Committee (AJC). The award recognizes and individual who
has demonstrated exemplary service to the community. Mr. Dubb, through
his company, The Beechwood Organization, has developed more than
5,500 homes in over 55 communities. “I feel honored to be
recognized by this important organization and very gratified that
we exceeded our fund raising goals. The AJC is a positive instrument
for peace and tolerance,” commented Michael Dubb. Mr. Dubb
has distinguished himself in the real estate development industry
by building spaces that meets the needs and desires of the homeowners
and emphasizes community well-being. Michael Dubb built and donated
a 7,500 square-foot day care center, Anna House, for the children
of the Belmont Racetrack workers. In 2004, Mr. Dubb received the
prestigious “David Award” for community service. He
has been recognized by the Suffolk YJCC, the American Cancer Society
and the Family Service league for his charitable endeavors and fundraising.
Mr. Dubb is a two time past President of the Long Island Builder’s
Institute, having participated in LBI Helps projects, has been a
Board Member of the Long Island Housing Partnership and is currently
an Associate Trustee of the North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset.

on the former site of the Roosevelt Raceway, as well as unique riverfront
