Quincy M. Gibbs
The Beechwood Organization, a real estate development company based in Jericho, has named Gerard Romsky, formerly of Ross & Cohen, as a corporate attorney. He will specifically work on the 2,300-unit Arverne by the Sea community planned for a 116-acre site in the Rockaways. Romsky, 45,
will work with government agencies on this and other Beechwood projects.
