Dubb Building More Than A Stable

Michael Dubb's Long Island-based Beechwood Organization
has developed a staggering 55 communities and
has built more than 5,500 homes since its inception 25
years ago. When the need for a child daycare center
arose at Belmont Park, Hall of Fame jockey Jerry Bailey
approached the principal and founder of one of the
largest developers of residential housing in New York.
