Design Studio/Options Coordinator
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint
· Administrative abilities
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and vendors
· Strong customer service skills- direct interface with customers
· Ability to interface with purchasing department
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
· Associates degree or equivalent.
· 3 + years of relevant experience and training
· Interior design background a plus
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Excellent organizational, prioritization and analytical skills
· Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Excel and Power Point, Photo Shop)
· Strong aptitude with numbers
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Must own car- occasional travel required within Tri-state area.
