I have lived here since the grand opening and absolutely LOVE The Tides! I cannot see myself living anywhere else. It truly feels like the Santa Monica/Venice Beach of NY with a beach view balcony, a block from the boardwalk and concessions, and right upstairs from my favorite coffee shops.
