PAYMENT Upon booking, your credit card will be charged the full amount within 72 hours of your check-in date and subject to our cancellation policy. We only accept all US major credit cards.
PET POLICY Designated pet friendly rooms- must request ahead of time – Pet Fee/Deep Clean Fee of $100 per booking
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in begins at 3:00 PM Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
CANCELLATION POLICY 100% Refundable for cancellations outside of 72 hours. Non-refundable within 72 hours hours of check-in.
TERMS At the time of arrival, In addition to the room and tax, a $250 incidental hold will be placed on the debit or credit card provided. Authorized funds will be released within 2 – 30 business days, depending on card issuing bank. Anyone drinking on premise under the age of 21 may be asked to leave immediately. The Vanderbilt enforces a No In-Room or Common Area Party Policy to ensure we can protect the hotel and our guests at all times. No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without refund. Registered guest(s) is responsible for all persons visiting. The Vanderbilt is a No Smoking facility, No refund for violations.
*AT MANAGEMENT’S DISCRETION, VIOLATORS OF ANY OF THE POLICIES HEREIN OR ANY OF THE BUILDING POLICIES/RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT REFUND.
