Bishops Pond is 90% sold out now; with 69 units, 63 are sold; there are just a few units left, priced from $999K to $2.3M. The clubhouse with fitness center (above) opened Memorial Day. And, in a summer where traffic seems worse than ever, Bishops Pond is a fairly easy commute from the city, plus you get onsite parking in your own garage.
