All the workers and supervisors on the premises have extended every possible courtesy to ensure our needs and concerns were addressed immediately. I was seriously considering “down sizing” but couldn’t find myself moving into a ‘cookie cutter’ Golden Life community with no garage, no basement and worst of all ‘someone living upstairs’. Then a postcard came from Meadowbrook Pointe Links & Spa that changed my life…One visit to the Sales Center… and I was ‘in contract’. The next months were made easy for me. The Sales staff was very welcoming and the Design staff ready and willing to help guide me through the multitude of choices…Get togethers every month or so let prospective owners and actual owners meet and greet so we got comfortable with our new neighbors, the community and surrounding area.On January 13, 2011 I closed on my home and am thrilled with the results.
Thank you so much for the wonderful “Grandparents Day” celebration. We love living in our new community, Meadowbrook Pointe, and it is events such as these that helps make living here so enjoyable. Everything was perfect – the pools, food, refreshments, activities, etc. and the attitude of the Beechwood and TCM staffs.
We downsized from a house in Woodmere. We loved this place as soon as we saw it. The condos are very well suited for us and the most important reason for buying here was the lifestyle. We now have the best of luxury here as well as our home in Boca Raton.
I am a life long Rockaway resident and decided to buy a home at Arverne by the Sea, because I wanted to live as close to the beach as possible. There is nothing like taking an early morning walk on the boardwalk. It is so invigorating; the beach, the sun, the sand and fresh air, what else do you need??? It nourishes your spirit. Our beach is a recreational destination for bike riding, surfing, family walks, jogging, rollerblading, fishing, paddle ball and so many other activities. I have already made so many friends at Arverne by the Sea. The sense of community is amazing!!! The homes are beautifully designed and with the rental unit make it very affordable to live. It is like living in the suburbs without the long commute and high property taxes.
The location is great and relaxing. Something to be proud of… owning a home at Harbour Pointe at Shorehaven.
