Jericho-based Beechwood Organization is showcasing its latest residential development, a 14-home subdivision in Aquebogue.
Located at 4681 Sound Ave., the three- and four-bedroom homes at the community called Highlands Club at Aquebogue start at $499,900 and range from 2,300 to 3,000 square feet. Beechwood has built four models to begin its first foray into the North Fork market, each with two-car garages and full basements.
The builder is holding an open house at the new development on Saturday, June 7 and Sunday, June 8 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., according to a company announcement.
Highlands Club amenities feature mature landscaping, ponds with lighted fountains, a clubhouse with fitness center, outdoor pool and tennis court. Homeowners here will also be provided with landscaping maintenance and snow removal.
“The natural beauty of the North Fork, its notoriety as a getaway destination and the pledge its municipalities make to open space are a natural attraction for us,” Steven Dubb, a Beechwood principal and project executive for the Highlands Club said in a statement.
In 2013, Beechwood created its first East End community called Bishops Pond at Southampton Village, where 69 townhomes and villas are more than 80 percent sold.
