The Comet Club, a new dining concept from James Beard–nominated chef Jesse Schenker and Claudia Taglich of Lush Life Group, has opened at The Vanderbilt in Westbury.

Blending Gilded Age New York with the glamour of 1920s Miami and Havana, the space offers a transportive, design-forward experience with a dining room, piano lounge, private event space, and seasonal patio.

The menu features coastal classics, raw bar selections, prime cuts, and elevated comfort dishes, complemented by cocktail-driven hospitality and tableside touches.
