Bishops Pond is a new high-end condo development in Southampton Village. As with the Watchcase in Sag Harbor, units are selling briskly, even though occupancy won’t be until the fall, showing that there is a real demand for luxury vacation condos with concierge services in the Hamptons. There are 77 units across 13 acres of land, with prices ranging from $800,000 to $1.8 million. Common charges and local taxes are expected to be about $1100 a month. The clubhouse offers a pool, fitness center, billiards, outdoor tennis court, and more. The models were decorated by well-known Hamptons designers Mabley Handler.
