Country Pointe Estates in Westhampton Beach is a 22-home luxury residential enclave developed on a 13-acre site at 44 Depot Road, formerly home to the Wholistic Tennis Academy. Spanning 62,000 square feet of new construction, the community marks a significant addition to the Village of Westhampton Beach, delivering homes in one of the most desirable locations on the South Fork.
The development transformed a former recreational property into a cohesive residential community through phased construction carried out over multiple years. Work progressed from pre-construction sales through model home delivery, full build-out and final completion, requiring coordination across sales, construction and design teams. Because early sales occurred prior to full build-out, careful scheduling allowed completed homes to be delivered while construction continued on remaining properties.
