"Meadowbrook Pointe appealed to me from the moment I first saw the listing online. The model unit, which I ended up purchasing, was just what I had been looking for; new construction, a spacious and well-designed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in a nice neighborhood. Having lived in a Co-Op in Forest Hills, Queens for over 30 years, I was ready for a quieter location but I still wanted the convenience of being close to shopping, parks, and the beach, and remaining close to NYC. At the same time, I did not want to feel isolated or burdened by the upkeep of a house. The large clubhouse provides a great opportunity to mingle with my new neighbors. In my first week here, I met several new neighbors, all of whom have been extremely friendly. (In fact, I've already been invited to a Super Bowl party!) I've asked each of my neighbors how they like living here and a person said that they really like it and that has been very reassuring. I look forward to enjoying the good quality of life that Meadowbrook Pointe provides with the right mix of privacy and social engagement. I think I'll be very happy here."
"I am really enjoying our new home at Beechwood East Meadow because everyone, without exception, is friendly and down to earth. Although I don't remember it, it seems like it would be like when my parents first moved to Long Island 65 years ago: everybody had young children and they were moving into their first home. Plainview/Old Bethpage was the end of the earth back in 1958. Now, most of us have young grandchildren and many of us are retired. Time flies when you're having fun. My wife and I couldn't be happier that we downsized here. We literally looked at every Beechwood development on Long Island over the past two years and this community is a perfect fit for us.
Now that our community center is open, we're hoping this Super Bowl party will be a great way for residents to meet most of their neighbors. Maybe next year we'll have a Jets/Giants Super Bowl."

It was a tough decision to sell my Seaford house and the downsize was not easy, but I knew it was the right thing to do and the timing was right. "We love our community of Meadowbrook Pointe, East Meadow. Our condo is just the right size for us and we are very comfortable. Our neighbors are very friendly. We share our suggestions and keep an eye out for each other. We pick up mail and packages for each other when one of us is away. We share our life stories and meet to play cards and board games. We are looking forward to the summer months when we will swim at the pool. The clubhouse is so convenient, especially on rainy days when we use the treadmills. On other days we walk to the park which is so close. The location is very close to the parkway as well as to the shopping. Thank you"
