After the exterior style is determined, Beechwood Carolinas develops the floor plan, constantly keeping the flow of the space and how people live at the forefront of our minds. Before any of our plans are finalized, we create a 3D model of the entire space to truly understand the scale and proportion of the design. Those 3D models allow us to move through the homes we create and see them through the eyes of our buyers.
